Grave Sifter rulings:
2014-11-07: The creature type each player chooses applies only to that player. For example, if another player chose Elf, you wouldn’t return Elf cards to your hand unless you also chose Elf (or if an Elf card in your graveyard also had the creature type you chose).

Deathtouch
When Skullwinder enters the battlefield, return target card from your graveyard to your hand, then choose an opponent. That player returns a card from their graveyard to their hand.
Creature — Human Rogue (1/2)
When Acquisitions Expert enters the battlefield, target opponent reveals a number of cards from their hand equal to the number of creatures in your party. You choose one of those cards. That player discards that card. (Your party consists of up to one each of Cleric, Rogue, Warrior, and Wizard.)

Will of the council — When Magister of Worth enters the battlefield, starting with you, each player votes for grace or condemnation. If grace gets more votes, each player returns each creature card from their graveyard to the battlefield. If condemnation gets more votes or the vote is tied, destroy all creatures other than Magister of Worth.

When Tempting Wurm enters the battlefield, each opponent may put any number of artifact, creature, enchantment, and/or land cards from their hand onto the battlefield.
Legendary Creature — God // Legendary Planeswalker — Tibalt (2/1)
When Valki enters the battlefield, each opponent reveals their hand. For each opponent, exile a creature card they revealed this way until Valki leaves the battlefield.
: Choose a creature card exiled with Valki with mana value X. Valki becomes a copy of that card.
Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor
As Tibalt enters the battlefield, you get an emblem with "You may play cards exiled with Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells."

When Disciple of Phenax enters the battlefield, target player reveals a number of cards from their hand equal to your devotion to black. You choose one of them. That player discards that card. (Each in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to black.)

When Enslaved Horror enters the battlefield, each other player may return a creature card from their graveyard to the battlefield.
Creature — Phyrexian Cleric (2/2)
When Entomber Exarch enters the battlefield, choose one —
• Return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
• Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a noncreature card from it. That player discards that card.
Legendary Creature — Human Wizard (1/4)
Partner with Pako, Arcane Retriever (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Pako into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
You may play lands and cast noncreature spells from among cards you exiled that have fetch counters on them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Enchantment
When Induced Amnesia enters the battlefield, target player exiles all cards from their hand face down, then draws that many cards.
When Induced Amnesia is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return the exiled cards to their owner's hand.

Sanctified Rules of Combat — When Sycorax Commander enters the battlefield, each opponent faces a villainous choice — That opponent discards all the cards in their hand, then draws that many cards minus one, or Sycorax Commander deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in their hand.

Underworld Cerberus can't be blocked except by three or more creatures.
Cards in graveyards can't be the targets of spells or abilities.
When Underworld Cerberus dies, exile it and each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to their hand.

When Visage of Dread enters the battlefield, target opponent reveals their hand. You choose an artifact or creature card from it. That player discards that card.

When Dogged Detective enters the battlefield, surveil 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
Whenever an opponent draws their second card each turn, you may return Dogged Detective from your graveyard to your hand.
Sorcery
Each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to their hand.
Legendary Creature — Demon (1/3)
Flying, deathtouch
When Gutmorn, Pactbound Servant enters the battlefield, each player discards a nonland card.
Whenever a player discards a card during your turn, they choose another player. That player conjures a duplicate of that card into their hand. It perpetually gains "You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast this spell."
