Onslaught rulings:
2008-04-01: A “creature spell” is any spell with the type Creature, even if it has other types such as Artifact or Enchantment. Older cards of type Summon are also Creature spells.
2004-10-04: Can target an already tapped creature.
2004-10-04: The ability is not optional. If you have the only targetable creatures, you have to tap one of your own.

Legendary Artifact
Blue creature spells you cast cost less to cast.
Whenever you cast a creature spell, target creature an opponent controls doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

Whenever you cast a creature spell, choose one —
• Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
• Look at the top five cards of your library. You may put a land card from among them onto the battlefield tapped. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
