Enchantment
Form of the Dragon rulings:
2014-02-01: Unless some effect explicitly says otherwise, a creature that can’t attack you can still attack a planeswalker you control.
2004-10-04: If you life total was above 5 at end of turn, then you lose life to make your total 5. If it was less than 5, you gain life to bring it to 5.
2004-10-04: It sets your life total at the beginning of the end step of every player’s turn, not just your own.
Legendary Creature — Devil Noble (4/4)
Flying
Other Demons, Devils, Imps, and Tieflings you control get +1/+1 and have lifelink.
At the beginning of each end step, if a creature card was put into your graveyard from anywhere this turn, create a 1/1 red Devil creature token with "When this creature dies, it deals 1 damage to any target."
Sorcery
Arc Blade deals 2 damage to any target. Exile Arc Blade with three time counters on it.
Suspend 3— (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen —
• Demonic Pact deals 4 damage to any target and you gain 4 life.
• Target opponent discards two cards.
• Draw two cards.
• You lose the game.
Artifact
Elaborate Firecannon doesn't untap during your untap step.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may discard a card. If you do, untap Elaborate Firecannon.
Creature — Minotaur Warrior (3/3)
Cumulative upkeep—Flip a coin. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Whenever you win a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target.
Whenever you lose a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target of an opponent's choice.
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one at random. Create a red and white creature token with those characteristics.
• 3/1 Human Warrior with trample and haste.
• 2/1 Human Cleric with lifelink and haste.
• 1/2 Human Rogue with haste and "When this creature enters, it deals 1 damage to any target."
