2019-06-14: If a card in a player’s library has in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
2019-06-14: Your opponents may cast spells in response to the last ability of Ranger-Captain of Eos. The ability won’t affect those spells and it won’t affect spells that those players cast before you activated it. (In other words, the ability can’t be used to counter a spell.)

Legendary Creature — Elf Druid (3/1)
When Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer enters, if you cast it, you may search your library for a creature card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
Enchantment
Cumulative upkeep (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Whenever you pay Hibernation's End's cumulative upkeep, you may search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to the number of age counters on Hibernation's End, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
