When Oath of Teferi enters the battlefield, exile another target permanent you control. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
You may activate the loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control twice each turn rather than only once.

When Octo Opus enters the battlefield, create a 4/4 blue Octopus Performer creature token named Contortionist with "At the beginning of your upkeep, you may fold this token in half." (It becomes 2/2, then 1/1, ½/½, and so on.)
Sacrifice Octo Opus: Draw a card and an additional card for each of Contortionist's folds.

I — For each opponent, gain control of up to one target nonlegendary creature that player controls for as long as The Horus Heresy remains on the battlefield.

II, IV — Create a 2/2 black Alien Angel artifact creature token with first strike, vigilance, and "Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, this permanent isn't a creature until end of turn."

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, manifest the top card of your library. (Put that card onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)
Whenever a face-down creature you control dies, exile it if it's an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card until the end of your next turn.

If Leyline of the Guildpact is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Each nonland permanent you control is all colors.

Cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)
